August 2025: Restored and Painted Tile Roof
RPainter carefully instructed me by telephone on the techniques they utilize to restore and repaint my tile roof.
I later found out that that owners Mark & Trevor, have a history of roof repainting (exclusively) going back to 1993! When they arrived on DAY ONE (of two) they outlined their schedule with particular attention to my needs and how their two visits, tho safe and simple, would not infringe on any aspects of my own schedule. Co-Owner Mark and assistant Pedro both acted as if they were at their own precious homes at all times.
I learned that they use time tested methods, from highly effective cleaning, to the all important "primer" technique. Mark personally worked with paint manufacturing chemists back in the day (way back in the early 90's) to develope the correct "Base Coat" (not Primer paint, but a special, thinly gellatenous coating material) to fill in the tiny surface voids to prepare and protect the final colored paint application! They also replace broken tiles with a very generous "minimum number of tiles included with original quote". My Family was very satisfied with RPainter's work overall from price to quality! We love our new look!
